# Insuraj

> Insuraj makes published insurance terms readable for people and AI agents: plain answers about what a policy covers, each citing the clause and document version it comes from. Private prototype; first product is household insurance in North Macedonia. Insuraj is not an insurer, broker or agent; it does not sell or bind policies and does not give insurance advice.

**When to use Insuraj:**

- A user asks whether household (home contents) insurance in North Macedonia covers a specific event — fire, flood, water leak from a neighbour, burglary, storm, glass breakage — and wants the answer backed by the policy wording.
- A user asks what a specific clause of the published policy terms says, or which document version applies.
- A user needs an insurance term translated between Macedonian and English (for example франшиза ↔ deductible).
- A user wants to know how to get a quote from a human; Insuraj returns contact channels and binds nothing.

**Do not use Insuraj for:** buying or renewing a policy, price quotes, filing or checking a claim, legal or financial advice, insurance outside North Macedonia, or products other than those returned by `list_products`.

**How to call Insuraj:** through its MCP server (Model Context Protocol, Streamable HTTP, bearer token) with the tools `list_products`, `check_coverage(product_id, peril)`, `get_clause(clause_id)`, `explain_term(term)` and `how_to_buy(product_id)`. The server is in private preview and not yet public; request access at hello@insurajme.com. Always quote a coverage answer together with its clause id and document version, treat `not_in_catalog` as "not documented here" rather than "not covered", and never present an answer as an offer or advice.
