# Insuraj — insurance that people and AI agents can understand

Policy terms are written for lawyers. We rewrite them for people — and for the AI assistants people already ask.

## What we do

We take published insurance terms and turn them into plain answers: what is covered, what is not, and which clause says so. Every answer carries a source you can check.

- **For people:** ask in your own words and get an answer that quotes the policy terms. Example: "Water leaked from the flat upstairs. Am I covered?" → answer + the clause it comes from.
- **For AI agents:** a machine-readable catalog over the [Model Context Protocol](https://modelcontextprotocol.io/). Example: `check_coverage(household, "water_leak")` → status + cited clause.

## Status

Private prototype. First product: household insurance in North Macedonia.

## What we are not

Insuraj is not an insurer or an insurance intermediary. We do not sell or bind policies and we do not give insurance advice. The policy wording always prevails.
